Shipping and returns
This page explains dispatch, problem reports and the right to withdraw.

Destinations, charges and timing
Available destinations, method, charge and estimated time are shown before confirmation. An order is not accepted when no delivery option exists for the address.
The cover price does not change by destination. Shipping is added separately.
Preparation and tracking
Preparation begins after payment and stock are confirmed. Where the carrier provides tracking, the reference is sent to the reader.
Readers should check their details before paying and report errors immediately; correction may no longer be possible once the parcel is with the carrier.
Delay, damage or error
If an order is damaged, incomplete or wrong, photograph the package and contents and email riverdockspublishing@gmail.com promptly with the order number. Once a publisher error is confirmed, we will arrange the legally required solution at no cost.
Delays may be reported through the same address.
14-day withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of physically receiving the books. Send an unequivocal statement to riverdockspublishing@gmail.com before the deadline.
After notice, the consumer has a further 14 days to return the books. Wait for return instructions and the address before sending them.
Return condition and cost
Books must be protected and returned in resalable condition. Consumers may be liable for diminished value caused by excessive handling.
Where there is no defect or publisher error, the consumer pays the direct return cost. The publisher bears the appropriate process for a defect, transport damage or wrong item.
Refund
We refund payments, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within the legal 14-day period after notice. Supplements for a more expensive delivery selected by the reader are excluded.
The refund uses the original payment method and may be withheld until the books or evidence of return are received.
Optional notice
You may write: “To Luaridades Lda., through the Riverdocks Publishing brand: I withdraw from order [number], received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” This wording is optional.
