Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to purchases of physical books. Before confirming an order, readers can review and correct the books, quantities, billing and delivery details, price and shipping.

Confirming an order means accepting these terms and undertaking to pay the total clearly shown.

Books and availability

Each edition is a separate product identified by title, language, ISBN, cover, format and price. Small colour differences may result from the screen used.

Acceptance depends on actual stock. If a paid book cannot be supplied, we will contact the reader and return the relevant amount through the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The displayed cover price does not change according to destination; shipping charges are shown separately before confirmation.

A later price change does not affect a confirmed order.

Order and payment

Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payment is handled by the selected provider, which may apply security checks; the website does not retain full card details.

The reader receives a confirmation with the order summary and payment status. Dispatch begins after payment and availability are confirmed.

Invoice

The website does not issue an invoice automatically. The sales report is sent to the commercial department of Luaridades Lda., which prepares the invoice manually using the order details and associates it with dispatch.

Rights and contact

Website content, covers, brands and visual assets are protected by applicable rights.
